Healthy Frozen Yogurt Banana Pops

 

There are heaps of reasons why you should try these Healthy Frozen Yogurt Banana Pops — the recipe is easy-peasy, takes just 3 ingredients, and tastes absolutely delicious. Plus, they’re a great cooking project for kids to get involved with. Let's get started!


Ingredients: 

  • 2 large ripe bananas

  • 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt 

  • Toppings of choice: chopped peanuts, shredded coconut, granola, sprinkles, or cacao nibs


Equipment: 

  • Popsicle sticks 

  • Baking paper and tray 


How to Make Them:

  • Peel and Pop: Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Insert a popsicle stick or skewer into the cut side of each half.

  • Spread the Yogurt: Grab a spoon and spread the creamy Greek yogurt all over the bananas.

  • Top It Off: Time to get creative! Sprinkle on all your favourite toppings — chopped peanuts, coconut, granola, sprinkles, or even a few cacao nibs. Get creative! 

  • Freeze for Fun: Lay your banana pops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pop them in the freezer for 2 hours.

  • Enjoy: Once they’re nice and frozen, it’s time to take them out and dig in!
