We're confident you'll love your new Pekpi Cloth Nappies and products but on the rare occasion you may need it we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the limited nature of our products we are unable to accept exchanges. The easiest option is to submit a refund for the unwanted item and repurchase the preferred item.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the return cost is at your expense unless the error was our mistake. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on worn, used items, sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you require is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If by the off chance a Sold Out item is purchased, you will receive an email as soon as possible and offered a replacement or a refund.
Please note pre-order items have an approximate date of delivery -this is subject to change and we will endeavour to notify you if this changes.

Although we're sure you'll love your new purchase we offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects on our products. This is valid from the date you purchased the item.
Our warranty is extended to the original customer who has a purchase receipt that displays the date or purchase and is only available to customers who purchased the product from either us here or via a valid stockist.
What is covered by our Warranty?

- Defective Elastics
- Defective Snaps
- Defective TPU waterproofing
- Defective Seams

What is not covered by our warranty?
Our warranty does not cover;
- Normal wear and tear
- Change of mind
- Fading, pilling, shrinking
- Not fitting
- Improper Storage
- Removal of care label or any other alterations
- Sale Items
- Any defects resulting in not following our washing guide
Prior to use of our products, please carefully read the care and washing instructions.
The warranty is void if a customer has failed to follow the products Care Instructions. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Water temperature exceeding 60ºC
- A detergent containing additives (whiteners, bleach, dyes, perfumes, essential oils) or natural soap
- Fabric softeners
- Modifications of any kind, including cutting off care tags
- Excessive wash routine and/or excessive wear and tear
- Accidental damage (items caught/torn/melted in a washing machine/dryer
Pekpi has the right to reject discount codes if we can't confirm where they originated from.
