Directions
Give your gut the TLC it deserves by mixing a heaped teaspoon (or up to a tablespoon) of Gut Food into your favourite milk, blending it into a smoothie, or adding it to your favourite baking recipe. Make sure you drink lots of water throughout the day to get Gut Food moving through your gastrointestinal tract so it can do all its important work!

Each individual ingredient is gluten free, but we have not been able to be certified as our manufacturer processes other products that contain gluten. If you are gluten intolerant it should be fine, but if you are coeliac, we cannot guarantee it.
